Updated the `Handle` methods in `MerchantRequestHandler.cs` to call the actual service methods for `MakeMerchantDepositCommand` and `MakeMerchantWithdrawalCommand`. Removed the previous implementation that returned `Result.Success()` and commented out the service calls, ensuring the methods now return the results from the domain service.
