- Improved tests for `SettlementAggregate` to verify fee properties including `merchantId`, `transactionId`, and `calculatedFee` attributes. - Updated `SettlementAggregate` to set `FeeCalculatedDateTime` during fee creation. - Added new properties to `CalculatedFee` in `TestData` for better validation of fee state and timing.
