We can add it this way. However, release numbering is
1.3 = EPIAP
2.0 = new NeTEx version currently (perhaps Christophe wants to change it to 1.4)

Maybe also mention netex_publication_noConstraint : same as netex_publication but without all the XSD constraint that is convenient to speed up the work in development phases (but at the price of a much weaker validation)
