Dialog closes even when "Close dialog after opening" is Off

Steps to reproduce

In "Open and share" module, set "Close dialog after opening" to Off

1. Open a link in URLCheck.
2. Open the ink in any app.
3. Go back using the back button/gesture.

Expected behavior

Going back to the URLCheck dialog (dialog stays open). (Thats the expected behaviour of the the toggle, right?)

Actual behavior

URLCheck dialog is closed.

Android 10 + Android 14

OneUI 2.0 + OneUI 6.1

Other details

This also happens when opening another app by sharing the link while "Close dialog after sharing" is Off.

Edit: possible related issue #276 because if this option was working properly, going back to the open dialog would allow us to open the link again.
