This bugfix release fixes an issue where you could not open Organizer if you did not have support for mod-rewrite on your server.
Other notable inclusions are fixes for bugs when managing image tags in Organizer, and a fix for a problem where you could get a database error when saving a dataset in Organizer.
A couple of other small tweaks and fixes are included.
