implementation

Settings -> Configuration -> Allow Provider keys (switch)
Settings -> Agent -> Provider Keys (show if Allow Provider keys is on)
Settings -> Configuration -> Hide Cloud switch & Local Settings (if Allow Provider keys is on)

Chat model switch

The title will show "Cloud|Local|Provider"

Important. (if is Provider, implement Prvider switch for separated model selection)

Chat models

Add Settings -> Agent -> Provider Keys -> Add models, this section has the same style like File Exclusion (separated model by providers)
