• Unified Dialogs: Removed redundant/duplicate dialog variants in apps/extension in favor of shared package dialogs (BatchDownloadConfirmDialog and OOMWarningDialog) with complete EN/VI internationalization support.
• Developer Tools Dashboard: Segmented "About" and "Language Settings" into dedicated tabs. Added state viewer word-wrap, filters, and log counts.
• Centralized Configurations: Consolidated internal presets, step parameters, zoom levels, boundaries, and brush thresholds into uniform config.ts modules for Splitter, Splicing, Filling, and Pattern Generator features.
