Importing Data from Troopmaster

Scout Data

Date should be imported in the following order to ensure that all records are linked correctly

Basic Scout Information

In TroopMaster, goto File -> Export -> ASCII Delimited...

Set the setting as you see in this screenshot

Click the Export Button.

Export Filename must be Scout.txt

Scout History

In TroopMaster, goto Reports -> Awards/Advancements -> Individual History

Select all scouts

Save generated report as *.txt. Click the button "Save as Single File"

Scout Activity Attendance

In TroopMaster, goto Reports -> Activities -> Individual Participation

Select all scouts, Select all event types

Save generated report as *.txt. Click the button "Save as Single File"
