Extension not available on VS Codium

Awesome idea to publish this extension. Unfortunately, it is not available on the opensource version of VS Code (VS Codium). Could you please publish this extension to Open VSX?

I ran into this issue trying to install in Cursor. I was able to manually install it though (with the help of Cursor agent):

# Clone and build the extension
git clone https://github.com/TryGhost/vscode.git ghost-vscode-extension
cd ghost-vscode-extension
npm install
npm run build
npx vsce package

# Install the generated VSIX (choose your editor)
codium --install-extension ghost-1.5.1.vsix
# OR: code --install-extension ghost-1.5.1.vsix
# OR: cursor --install-extension ghost-1.5.1.vsix

Managed to get this to install successfully... however a few issues to highlight:

1. npm flags a load of security vulnerabilities with dependencies:

npm warn deprecated inflight@1.0.6: This module is not supported, and leaks memory. Do not use it. Check out lru-cache if you want a good and tested way to coalesce async requests by a key value, which is much more comprehensive and powerful.
npm warn deprecated @humanwhocodes/object-schema@2.0.2: Use @eslint/object-schema instead

Some of which could be fixed using npm audit fix as npm suggested but esbuild <=0.24.2 Severity: moderate - https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-67mh-4wv8-2f99 remained...

2. I had to add --no-yarn to npx vsce package to avoid Detected presence of yarn.lock. Using 'yarn' instead of 'npm' ....... /bin/sh: line 1: yarn: command not found ERROR
