If you want to edit the default content located at
config/zerocontact/packs/default_pack,
you need to set default_pack_override = false in
config/zerocontact/override.toml.

This prevents the default pack from being reset, as ZeroContact 1.1.3 migrated essential data into a built-in datapack.
