Make logging of the plugin configurable #1355

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want my Proxy's console to be clean, because it handles a lot of stuff and shows me useful information when running big events. However, FastLogin always sends like 7 extra lines per server connection status of what should only be debug log.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option in the configuration file to at least disable the "Sending force LOGIN for ..." messages.
