Fix Error Not Occurring If SendGrid Credentials Are Missing #136
Description
If you try sending an email (such as from the reset password page, or the upcoming contact page) no error occurs if you have no SendGrid credentials. This is confusing to developers, since it would seem like the email should have sent.
