Umlaut in endpoint name breaks detail page

Describe the bug

If the name of an endpoint contains an umlaut (e.g. “ä”) or "ß", no detail page of the check is generated. The API error is "endpoint not found".

What have I done wrong? Can't reproduce it @twiesing .
