Sad Origami, creator of the incredible Shadow of the Colossus texture pack, informed me that people were not able to download the PS2TexRegionSwap from GitHub, flagged as a virus. False flags on little exe are a pain. I compiled it again using an up-to-date w64devkit. Nothing has changed in my source code. Let's see if it works :)
