feat(ai): Abort requests

Summary

This makes it possible to abort ongoing AI requests / executions.

Rationale

LLM requests can take long, with this, users can abort requests. The UI for this is still pending.

Changes

This mainly introduces an AbortController to the AIExtension. Additionally, we've fixed some underlying issues in the StreamToolExecutor and AppendableStream. The latter has been extracted to a separate file + unit tests have been added.
