All links in the right panel (On This Page) are broken:

Above, you see the same link on the left are correct, and they work, while in the right panel they are all broken. Note, I showed only couple links on the right, but all links inside On This Page are broken, and do no match what everywhere else.

i.e. they mistakenly map into /index.html# with low-case page, which is wrong.

This is working as intended. "On This Page" links link to members which are on the current page, they won't take you to another page.

It isn't as obvious with your page as you don't have any summaries set for the published items, so everything fits on a single page. Take https://typedoc.org/api/index.html#renderer as an example, that link takes you to the module page, not the Renderer's page, but scrolls down to the renderer on the page.

Well, in that case it is one confusing panel, that probably shouldn't be there in such context, IMO, because clicking any of it does nothing.

It doesn't do nothing, it navigates within the current page. It's perhaps not very useful with small modules which don't have @summary tags, making the modules page just a list, but that's not always the case.

If you don't want it in your site, some custom JS to remove it on modules pages wouldn't be hard to write.

Actually, never-mind, I added this into typedoc.css, and it worked:

That will hide it on all pages, including on pages where the navigation is completely different than the module navigation (e.g. a class page like https://typedoc.org/api/classes/Application.html), maybe that's what you intended, but I certainly would find this to make the navigation experience worse!
