Message Links to Lines Within Export?

Hello! I've seen there's been some discussion before about making Discord message links redirect to messages within the export, rather than directly to the Discord app/web browser version of the messages. (Previous discussion here ...)

Is there a way to make this work between server channels if they're exported at the same time? For example, say one channel is a Table of Contents that links to messages in other channels in the same server that have also been exported. If not, I understand, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing an option somewhere. Thank you so much!
(I'm using the HTML output btw)
