Add UI elements in the blog section on homepage

Make sure that the design matches the one in Figma (https://www.figma.com/file/4zmUhUkyG0ibWeWwmTqOtP/UBIK?node-id=31%3A1).

Mainly, on the left side is the missing UI part. Additionally, images seem to be too big and not in proportions as is in design.
