Grid data intermittently disappears on scroll, sometimes causing a full page blank state

Describe the bug

The issue is still reproducible in Order View (Tree). When the user scrolls quickly through the grid, the rendered data sometimes disappears, and in some cases, the full page becomes blank. Additionally, after the grid data loads, the scrollbar position resets to the beginning instead of preserving the user’s previous scroll position.

Expected Behaviour

Expected behavior:
The grid should remain stable during fast scrolling, retain the visible data, and preserve the user’s previous scroll position after data loading or refresh.

Actual behavior:
During fast scrolling, the grid occasionally loses its rendered data. After loading, the scrollbar resets to the top, causing the user to lose their current position and disrupting navigation within the Order View Tree.

please add a reproducible example, preferably by using this StackBlitz template. Also, I would highly recommend updating to the (latest) stable UI5 Web Components React and UI5 Web Components version as we don't offer support for pre-release or beta versions.
