ui5-shellbar: Initially opened search bar does not open after being closed

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure a shellbar with show-search-field property.
2. Resize so that the search bar doesn`t have enough space to be shown.
3. Resize again until the Shellbar is wide enought to have an open search bar.
4. Observe the Search bar not opening again.

The Search Bar should not be opened again only is it is closed manually by clicking the search button
