[Time Picker]: Header on mobile doesn't include a title

Bug Description

The Time picker's header on mobile should display the label of the input field as a header title. Right now there is nothing in the header, even when the input has a label. If there is no label connected to the input - then a header title "Select" should be displayed. Same logic goes to the Date Picker (correctly implemented).

Expected Behaviour

When there the time input has a label: On mobile the same text should become the header's title in the dialog.

When there is no label: The header's title becomes "Select".

1. On mobile click on the time icon button and open the dialog.
2. Above the clock there should be a header with a title.

Versions 1.*** are no longer supported. Could you try to replicate your issue with a version from 2.** and if the issue still occurs, to provide us with a code snippet, or may be point to one of the Time Pickers provided here?

Hello @plamenivanov91, I replicated the issue with version 2 from your link. The first one with label "deadline" doesn't have a header at all. The right design should be with an added header in the mobile dialog and an added title "Deadline". Adding 2 screenshots of the buggy implementation (first two) and an example for how it should look like:
