[Date Time Picker]: No header on mobile

Bug Description

In the date time picker implementation on mobile the dialog doesn't show a header with a title.

Affected Component

Expected Behaviour

On mobile the dialog doesn't show a header with a title. For the title:

If label is set, the title is set from the label.
If accessibleName is set, the title is set from it.
If both are set, the title is set from accessibleName.

If none of the above are provided, the title is set to “Select”.

	/**
	 * Defines whether the dialog on mobile should have header
	 * @private
	 */
	get _shouldHideHeader() {
		return true;
	}
