[Bar]: There is no overflow for the Bar Items

Bug Description

When there a a lot of items, e.g. buttons in the Bar and/or on very narrow screens, the items just get cut off.

Expected Behaviour

The Bar should provide a overflow mechanism similar to the Toolbar.

Dear @ChristopherKlammt,

Unfortunately the ui5-bar it is not designed to support many elements that cause overflow, I would recommend using the ui5-toolbar for such scenarios.
