[SF][FileUploader]: FileUploader accessibleName not announced

Bug Description

When tabbing into the FileUploader input

1. The accessibleName of the component is not announced
2. The component is set to required, but not announced by screen reader
3. When a file is selected, tab to the Fileuplader input and open a browse file dialog, then press ESC to close the dialog, previously selected file is cleared.

Expected Behaviour

1. Should announce accessibleName when focus to the component input
2. Should announce required when the component is set to required
3. Should provide method to prevent clear selected file when press ESC button on file browser dialog
