Append "Expanded" or "Collapsed" to the suggestions count aria-live
announcement so screen readers convey the popover state alongside the
existing results count.

The expanded/collapsed text now correctly reflects the popover state
rather than always showing "Expanded" when the input has a value.
Also updates existing test expectations.
