Motivation
With the deprecation of Goerli, we need to deploy UMA Oracle contracts on Sepolia.
Summary
Adds UMA Oracle contract deployments for Sepolia testnet.
Details
Previously DVMv2 was deployed using upgrade scripts when migrating from prior version. For a fresh setup on new testnet we also needed adding support of DVMv2 on hardhat deploy scripts and setup tasks.
