Hi @njjacobs, I don't believe so, the bottom of your screenshot is showing what I expect for the ControlFile. The first error appears to be because ControlFile got called before the variable was created via read.csv. Checking the .qmd file, that would be around line 178. The actual .csv file would be created via, appearing within your working directory top-level by default.
