Data normalization

Hi everyone,

I have a question about expanding an analysis that I have already completed.

I performed my analysis using a cohort of FCS files from patients collected in 2025. I now have additional FCS files from a new cohort of patients collected in 2026, and I would like to include them in the existing analysis.

I assume that the data would need to be normalized in order to analyze both cohorts together, but I'm not sure how this normalization should be done or what the recommended workflow is for incorporating the new FCS files.

Is it possible to add the 2026 files to the existing analysis and normalize them together with the 2025 cohort, or would I need to re-import all the FCS files and repeat the analysis from the beginning?
