Hello everyone, this week in Cytometry in R we will screen unmixing controls (both single-color and unstained) to pre-emptively identify issues that might affect unmixing (tandem degradation, additional autofluorescences, etc.) rather than wait until after we unmix to find out something is horribly wrong. We will do this using functions from the Luciernaga package. The materials for this week can be found here
This bonus walk-through is part of the "Cytometry Core" section, and will set us up with the signature variants needed to carry out iterative unmixing as part of the "Week 15 - Evaluating Unmixing" walk-through. The other remaining bonus walk-throughs for this section will cover 1. Spillover Spreading and Stain Index Reduction Matrices, 2. TRU-OLS, and 3. AutoSpectral.
For those attending online, live-streams will be at:
All recordings will be available immediately afterwards on YouTube.
For previous course emails, see here.
Best Wishes-
David
