population command does not work

--sex=female does not work. data will be always male even female is set.

Suggestion

• without argument except country

rapida population download --country=RWA --download-path=/data/jin/data

currently, this download male_total file.
I suggest all data if a country can be downloaded if users only set --country

• --country and --sex are set

rapida population download --country=RWA --download-path=/data/jin/data --sex=male

It can download male_child, make_active, male_elderly and male_total.

• --country and --age-group are set

rapida population download --country=RWA --download-path=/data/jin/data --age-group=active

It can download male_active, female_active.

• -- age-group can total option.

Currently no option to download total data

rapida population download --country=RWA --download-path=/data/jin/data --age-group=total

• The below command show error. It should check arguments, and show correct error message if no country, sex and age-group are set.
