Rewrote as Mermaid class diagrams (natively supported in GitHub): - class diagram: Identifier / NamingSystem / NamingSystemUniqueId model - object diagram: PhilHealth PIN example - object diagram: layered Patient identifiers (PhilSys + PhilHealth + MRN) Also added a note explaining why base64 PNGs don't work in GitHub wiki.
