Multiple Growth Model Parameterization

Update the FishToxTranslator package to allow for multiple growth model parameterizations. This will effect a variety of functions throughout the package, including any of the growth kernels, and all parameters.

This will effect the GUI by needing an additional parameter for the life history profiles and a parameter that will toggle between the full and lite version of the growth transition function parameters.
