This is all so good! I mean i love the discussion and what was decided. So my only main feedback is just to define the SWOT analysis before using the term, and otherwise this looks great to me (just reading it I am excited for the future!) <3

| As we did [last year](https://us-rse.org/2021-03-04-strategic-meeting/), the [US-RSE Steering Committee](https://us-rse.org/about/steering-committee/) held a strategic planning retreat to assess the current state of US-RSE, identify priorities for the upcoming year, and discuss where US-RSE is headed over the next 3-5 years. | ||

What's a SWOT analysis? Could we either define it in the first paragraph (e.g., Stellar Wonderlust Of Things (SWOT)) or just write it out here?

| To help focus discussions, we compiled a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis. There was a large degree of overlap in the themes identified by different Steering Committee members. |

Derp here it is! Okay if we define it after the heading perhaps just write it out for the heading.
