It seems I forgot to pull when branching off master - the only changes are CONTRIBUTING.md and README.md, the latter of which there is conflict with (which I've resolved). Merging this should remove CONTRIBUTING.md, correct?

I don't see any changes to CONTRIBUTING.md. It shouldn't be removed; it seems like it's in both this and the master branch. I've approved this for merge.
