ADHD's whole premise is architectural: premature convergence isn't a prompting problem, it's a structural one — isolate the divergence, then critique separately. That idea didn't come from nowhere, and it doesn't stop here. We want to keep pulling on the thread, in the open, with whoever wants to pull with us.

What we want to build in there:

• 🧠 Neurodivergence-inspired research on reasoning architectures. ADHD (the cognitive-frames-then-critic pattern) took its name and its shape from lived neurodivergent cognition on purpose — parallel, non-linear, associative thinking that a single linear chain-of-thought structurally can't reach. There's a lot more of that space to explore: what other neurodivergent cognitive patterns (hyperfocus, associative leaps, pattern-interrupt, rejection-sensitive re-evaluation) map onto architectural fixes for reasoning systems? If you think about cognition differently — clinically, personally, or as a researcher — this is the room for it.
• 🧩 Frame design. New cognitive frames, better distortions, sharper trap-detection prompts.
• 📊 Eval problems. Harder, weirder, more adversarial test cases than our current 6.
• 🐛 Trap-hunting. Where does the critic pass fail? Where does divergence quietly collapse back into anchoring?
• 🔌 Integration war stories. If you've adapted ADHD into your own agent/tool (like the early adopters already have), come tell us what broke and what worked.

No idea is too half-formed. This project exists because the "obvious first three answers" are rarely the interesting ones — so come in with the fourth, fifth, or fifteenth idea, even the weird one.
