Thank you! I didn't notice this because I tested the last few versions only on BlueMap cli and that's apparently the only BlueMap jar that bundles a non-shadowed caffeine. |

Currently running this on my 1.20.1 server (with Java 21 and therefor BlueMap 5.12).
Without shadowing
caffeine, I get ClassDefNotFound errors.This also updates the dependency versions to the versions I'm using so I know work. And makes sure we rename all shadowed dependencies into a local folder.
