Figure wide semantic legends

I think that the semantic legends are a really great addition, making some otherwise “tedious” patterns much easier. What would make the semantic legend even better is if they were available figure wide, e.g. fig.catlegend(...) to create a single set of legend entries that apply to all subplots in a figure.

@Holmgren825 Thanks for the feedback, greatly appreciated. Completely forgot about this too. This is a none-issue and will add this, no problem. It has been a bit harder to work on UltraPlot in my new job, but have been keen on doing some work on the package in the future -- time permitting. I think UltraPlot is in a pretty good place right now in terms of stability, bugs will always happen, but new stuff like this is a good goal marker for me as I may not be aware of stuff I generally don't use. Thanks again!
