Commented out ImportAtStartup and enabled ImportOnFirstBoot in appsettings.json. uSync will now import settings only on the application's first boot instead of on every startup.
Added "ImportOnFirstBoot": true to uSync settings to trigger import on first boot. "ImportAtStartup" remains commented out and inactive.
