- Replaced template-pack.csproj with UmBootstrap.DotNet.Template.csproj, updating all references in the solution and CI workflow.
- Upgraded solution to Visual Studio 18. Ensured build, pack, and NuGet publish steps use the new project.
- No changes to template content or dependencies.
