SMS PopTracker update to 0.4.0 to catch up to 0.5.3AP logic
Fixed autotracking (had to remap the IDs due to the APworld reverting all IDs to start from 1)

Started implementation of OoL (Yellow) checks for Blue Coins that are obtainable despite needing a specific nozzle (Mainly started in Ricco Harbor, will add more as more OoL is found)

• Now supports auto map switching (If you go to Noki Bay, the poptracker will automatically switch to Noki Bay)
• Highly recommend to turn this off if multiple people are playing on the same slot
• This will be active on the next release of Sunshine's APworld
