Is c² flux free?

Yes.

Does c² flux upload my data?

No. Scans and history stay on your computer.

Why does Windows ask for administrator rights?

Administrator rights can improve scan speed and access.

Where is the scan history stored?

In a local SQLite database.

Can I move the database?

Yes. Open Settings → Statistics.

Why is a folder missing?

Some protected or unreadable folders may be skipped.
