Stoploss price should be set as param instead of passing it as price according to ccxt
Update brew before installing packages
They are not used and have a rather high performance penalty due to using arrow.get
this avoids manipulating of the pair whitelist from within a strategy
Fixes FTX stoploss on echange throwing an error
