don't started backend webserver (uvicorn)

I deployed uncoder on perm using docker, but the backend web server is not running.

I have checked everything that I thought could be causing this problem, such as port conflicts, lack of resources, missing dependencies, and so on. Everything seems to be fine.

When I take the logs of the uncoder core docker, it gives this message and stays on this message for hours:

started server process 1
waiting for application startup.

Are you running the latest Docker version? We've just checked it with Docker version 26.0.0, build 2ae903e. With this version, everything works.
