Have an option not to display all preference levels in instructor survey

Thanks for the nice software!
My proposal is not urgent at all.
I would be happy if there is an option to hide some preference levels in the instructor survey form. (Indeed, instructors (at least in my department) tend to think that orange and yellow mean "I am not available in general but if there is one session there in the semester that is fine", whatever I can explain in the documentation.)
Also, it would be nice to also have the option to hide the input text boxes such as "Please provide reasons for the prohibited times" and "Other Requirements".

Currently, we only have the option to allow or disallow hard preferences (prohibited and required). E.g., by setting unitime.instructorSurvey.buildingPrefs to false to disable required/prohibited building preferences (using the Application Configuration page).

Indeed, my request was to extend it to non hard preferences, if possible.
