Instructor survey on one line

Hi again
This is another request that is, as well, not urgent at all.
Regarding that we divide days in half hours in the instructor survey, it displays into two blocs, and instructors tend to forget to fill the second block. Would it be possible to have it on one line?

Currently, there is a hard-coded limit on the number of times that can be shown on one line (set to 17) so that the page fits, as most UniTime pages try to fit when possible.

We can make this configurable using another property on the Application Configuration page. For now, it is in InstructorSurveyPage, line with iTimePrefs.setSplit(17) if you do not mind making a custom build.
