GUI: Wrong position of the labels in the table headers

There is a problem with the alignement of the labels within headers of the tables, they are too low:

Very annoying and looks very bad when showing to somebody.

To reproduce:

1. open the tables and check their headers - pipeline list, execution monitor

Tested on develop branch, commit 1128928
