BUG: Incident selection "jumps" around the table while checking/unchecking incidents for update

Code/API request

I tried the UI:

1. (Set refresh interval to 5s)
2. Set the page size to 50 or 100
3. Check the "select all" checkbox
4. Start unchecking some of the checkboxes that became checked
5. Wait for current incident count in the table to become updated - either some incidents before the selection got removed (f.e. due to incident filter restrictions), or some new incidents were added
6. See that incident selection you work on moves around the table while you work on it

Expected behaviour

The incidents do not move around the table when checking/unchecking them. Pausing the incident refresh could be an option.

Actual behaviour

Instead, this happened: They jump around.

It is a bug that occurs rarely, and there are ways for users to eliminate it completely, so setting priority to medium
