Bug Description
eip155 ENS Avatars aren't showing bc uriToHttp.ts doesn't include a case to return a fetch-able https URL for eip155 protocol URIs

Steps to Reproduce & Expected Behavior

1. Connect to interface via injected wallet with an address with an ENS NFT avatar set
2. Account chip should show ENS NFT avatar

Additional Context
i.e. Hayden's ENS avatar is set to eip155:1/CryptoPunks:0xb47e3cd837dDF8e4c57F05d70Ab865de6e193BBB/6055, but uriToHttp.ts doesn't handle the eip155 case
