Coinbase wallet cannot be disconnected

Bug Description
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to uniswap.exchange
2. Click on "Connect to a Wallet"
3. Choose "Coinbase Wallet"
4. Sign in via app
5. Disconnect via app (in Settings, look for WalletLink)
6. Uniswap will log the user out, but then tapping "Coinbase Wallet" again will keep the user stuck with Coinbase

Expected Behavior
A "Disconnect" button similar to how there is one for Wallet Connect.

Additional Context
This is what I see on desktop, while in the Coinbase Wallet app, it says there is no app connected anymore.

unfortunately this is really an issue for the walletlink sdk, since as far as i can tell they currently don't expose the ability to either a) recognize disconnects from the device or b) manually disconnect from the browser. the minute those capabilities are there, it'd be trivial to add the functionality to the site

This issue will be addressed in the next version.

@petejkim Is this just not going to get fixed? The last commit was 5 months ago for WalletLink. Is the solution really to have users go to your website and press disconnect?
