Extend the "Weapon has ability with alias" modifier condition

• Allow use on profile abilities.
• Support checking for BLAST.

Context:

The Death Guard Lord of Virulence has an ability where he gives reroll 1s to hit to everyone, but reroll all hits if it's a BLAST weapon. I tried but I don't think there's a way to give conditional rerolls to weapons only with a buff keyword. I have to manually add that to the blast weapons in the Blightlord Terminator squad, and then disable it when I remove the Lord of Virulence.
